OP duties 

On OP days I have taken breif history of patients  and also learnt basic examination and Management of few common ailments 

On Op day Night duties, I have Seen and experienced how a Case in casuality is managed before shifting it to ICU....I have learnt importance of Early Intervention and Early Reporting In case of an emergency 

Have drawn Venous samples for Patients Admitted in ward and ICU 

Learnt To take an ABG sampling 

In Unit postings I have seen cases and done blogs of those cases. I have also created the PaJR Groups for those patients and Communicated With patient 

Monitored Blood transfusion and KCL infusion For patients 

Done FCM transfusion for one patient

In 5 days of ICU postings I have inserted Foleys catheter to patients 

Known the importance of Vitals monitoring 

Known the importance of CPR And the protocol in case of an Arrest 

Learnt how to use a defibrillator

I have inserted Ryles tube to Few patients 

I have taken ABG samples and Venous samples for investigations 


Interpretation of chest x ray, ECG, ABG and routine investigations learnt

Known the Importance of Dialysis  in CKD patients

Monitored the Patients Undergoing Dialysis

Assisted in Central line insertions and Have done Central line suturing 

Have come to know the indiactions of Haemodialysis other than CKD

I have motivated My co interns to make blogs and Upsate SOAP notes in PaJR groups

Created PaJr for Nephrology Patients in ICu AMC

Monitored Ward patients and also ensured that they are getting their medications on time 

Attended rounds

During the final exams of Our Juniors I have Videographed the Case presentations

Prefinal case

  I've been given this case to solve in an attempt to understand the topic of "patient clinical data analysis" to develop my competency in reading and comprehending clinical data including history, clinical findings, investigations and come up with a diagnosis and treatment plan. Name :- Kattekola Sathwik Roll no :-58 2017 batch 65 years old female from rural nalgonda came with cheif complaints of fever since 10 days, shortness of breathe since 2 days HISTORY OF PRESENT ILLNESS The patient was apparently in her normal state of health 4 months ago. She developed fever which was insidious in onset , intermittent in nature which was relieved on medication associated with generalised weakness  She also complaints of a chest pain on exertion  She also complains of shortness of breath grade 3 MMRC since 3 days.
